Terms & conditions

By accepting a quote from us you accept the following terms and conditions.

Booking time: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, Speedy Spanners reserves the right to cancel or reschedule it.
Payment terms: Payment is due on completion of the works by cash or card (we do not accept bank transfer or cheque). For a large amount of work we may ask for progress payments. Occasionally genuine or non-returnable parts require payment upfront. We offer Afterpay on works over $100 — this must be arranged 48 hours before work starts; call us on 08 9525 3686 to have a payment link sent to you.
Location: Works are carried out at Serpentine Garage unless otherwise agreed.
Seizure notice: If a part is contaminated or very old it may be seized in place, which will incur extra labour costs.
Work not diagnosed by us: If a quote is for work we did not diagnose, we do not accept responsibility if it doesn't fix the issue you are chasing. We suggest getting us to diagnose it first — call 08 9525 3686 to book.
Customer-supplied parts: If parts you supply are incorrect, labour charges apply to disassemble and reassemble the area so the car can be moved until the correct parts are sourced — the quoted amount will not apply, as we effectively carry out the work twice. We do not install second-hand parts unless otherwise agreed.
Parking: Please park at the front of the property on the lower kerb past the signage. The rear car park is through gate 2 on Summerfield Road (do not enter the first gate); park around the boundary fencing, not near the building.
Non-smoking: Speedy Spanners is a non-smoking premises in all areas.
