Terms and Conditions:-

By accepting this quote you have accepted the following terms and conditions:-

Booking time – if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment Speedy Spanners reserves the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Payment terms – payment is due on completion of the works by cash or card (we do not accept bank transfer or cheque), if you have a large amount of work taking place we may ask for progress payments. On occasion there maybe genuine parts or non-returnable parts that require payment upfront. We do offer Afterpay on works over $100 this has to be arranged 48 hours before commencement of the works – please call our team on 08 9525 3686 to arrange a payment link to be sent to you.

Seizure notice – in some cases if a part has been contaminated or is very old it can mean they are seized into place and this will incur extra labour costs.

If this quote is for works not diagnosed by us at Speedy Spanners we do not accept responsibility if this does not fix an issue you are chasing so we suggest first getting us to diagnose the issue – you can call us on 08 9525 3686 to book this in.

If parts have been supplied by yourself and are incorrect, charges will apply for the labour time to disassemble the area required and reassemble the area to be able to move the car until the correct parts are sourced – this will mean the amount on the quote does not apply as we effectively have to carry out the work twice. Please note we do not install second hand parts unless otherwise agreed.

If you go ahead with this quote on arrival to Speedy Spanners – please park on the front of the property on the lower kerb past the signage to prevent any damage to smaller vehicles. We also have a car park on the rear of the property if you wish to use this enter through gate 2 on Summerfield Road (DO NOT ENTER THE FIRST GATE), please park around the boundary fencing and not anywhere near the building.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Unless otherwise agreed) - Your bookings are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a common courtesy to everyone, we would greatly appreciate a 48-hour (2 days) notice prior to cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. The cancellation/rescheduling policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability. In this way, another customer may have an opportunity to grab your existing time-slot. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments.

We require 48 hours (2 days) notice to cancel or reschedule your booking.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 48 hours, you will incur a charge of 50% of the cost.
If the mechanics have come out mobile to site and you decide to cancel or reschedule while he is onsite you will incur a charge of $100 for a call out fee.
If you are booked in for a DOT Vehicle Examination – pre-payment is required on booking – should you not show up for your appointment, or if you have not met the cancellation/reschedule terms as stated above this fee will become a cancellation fee and not be refunded.
