We're open 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. We're closed on weekends and public holidays.

Yes — as well as our Serpentine workshop, our mobile service covers Serpentine, Mundijong, Byford, Keysbrook and Whitby, and the surrounding area. Choose "Mobile" on the booking form, or call us on 08 9525 3686 to check we can get to you.

Park at the front of the property on the lower kerb past the signage. There's also a rear car park — enter through gate 2 on Summerfield Road (not the first gate) and park around the boundary fencing, away from the building.

Yes. Leave your keys in a key tag or lock box and check your vehicle in online, so we know it's arrived. Self check-in isn't available for DOT inspection bookings.

Yes — the Small Torque Coffee House is right here on site, with coffee, sweet treats, pies and plenty of outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome.

Please give us 48 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling with less notice incurs a charge of 50% of the cost, and if a mechanic is already on site for a mobile job a $100 call-out fee applies.

No. Having your new car serviced by a qualified mechanic, to the manufacturer's specifications, doesn't void your warranty — the ACCC has confirmed independent workshops can do logbook servicing. We stamp your logbook just like the dealer would.

Minor car maintenance starts from $275 and major maintenance from $450. Logbook services are quoted for your vehicle.

Light trucks, 4WDs, motorbikes and quads, trailers, caravans and horse floats, plus farm and garden machinery — tractors, ride-on mowers, chainsaws, pumps, generators and more. If it has an engine, moves, pumps or cuts, chances are we can fix it.

You can, but if the parts are incorrect, labour charges apply to take apart and reassemble the area while the right parts are sourced, so the quoted price won't apply. We don't fit second-hand parts unless agreed beforehand.

Yes. We're a Department of Transport Authorised Inspection Station for light vehicles and trailers up to 4,500 kg. We can't inspect large trucks because we can't hoist them.

A light vehicle or trailer with brakes is $225.60 (re-inspection $153.95). A trailer without brakes is $183.15 (re-inspection $146.00). A pre-DOT check is $150.

Your previous licence documents or licensing records, a movement permit if the vehicle is unlicensed, a modification permit if it's been modified, a weighbridge docket for new or never-registered vehicles, a braking form for new or never-registered trailers, and photo ID. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Yes, DOT inspections are pre-paid. If you don't show up, arrive late, or don't have the right documents, the booking may be cancelled without a refund.

Cash or card when the work is finished — we don't accept bank transfer or cheque. For larger jobs we may ask for progress payments, and some genuine or non-returnable parts need paying for upfront.
